How do I lock my card?

You can lock your card using the Lock Card feature in your SuperCash app.

Once you're logged in, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to ‘Home’ on the left side panel

  2. Select ‘Lock Card’ in the right-hand panel

 

Once your card is locked, it can’t be used to make in-store or online purchases. Other types of transactions, like direct deposits and bank transfers, are not impacted.

 

How do I replace my card?

To request a replacement SuperCash card, log in to your SuperCash account and follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to ‘Home’ on the left side panel

  2. Select ‘Replace My Card’ in the right-hand panel

  3. Update the reason for your request

  4. Click Submit 

 

We'll send your replacement card to the address on file, so make sure it’s up-to-date before requesting a replacement card. If you need to update your address, give us a call at 1-877-376-2710, we're here to help Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM ET.
