How do I lock / replace my card?

Locking Your Card:

Want to put your card on hold temporarily? You can do it easily using the Super.com app. Here are the steps:


1. Log in to your Super.com Pay account.

2. Click on 'View card' on your Super Pay card. 

3. Select 'Lock Card' in the right-hand panel.


That's it! Your card will be locked, preventing it from being used for in-store or online purchases. But don't worry, other transactions like direct deposits and bank transfers will still work. Need to unlock it? Just follow the same steps!


Replacing Your Card:

If your card is lost or damaged, don't stress. We've got you covered for a replacement Super Card. Here's how to request one:


1. Log in to your Super.com Pay account.

2. Click on 'View card' on your Super Pay card. 

3. Select 'Replace my Card' in the right-hand panel.

4. Update the reason for your request.

5. Hit 'Submit,' and you're good to go!


Your replacement card will be sent to the address we have on file, so please make sure it's current. If you need to update your address, just give us a call at +1 (844) 461-2577. We're available to assist you Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 7 PM ET.
