I’ve signed up for a SuperCash card, now what?
As soon as you complete the onboarding process and pass the identity verification, you can add funds to your account. Once the funds are loaded, you can begin using the card in your mobile wallet or as soon as you receive your physical card.
How do I add funds to my SuperCash wallet?
You can fund your account by setting up a bank transfer through the SuperCash app:
Navigate to the ‘Add Funds’ section on the right side and select ‘Transfer from Bank Account’
A screen will then pop up and prompt you to select your bank. If you don't see your bank there, you can use the search bar to look it up
Once you've selected your bank, you will have to input your login information to link your bank accounts
You will then be able to transfer funds directly from your bank account
Note that it might take 3-5 business days for the funds to show up in your SuperCash account. If you don't see the funds after 3-5 business days, please reach out to your bank directly.
How do I use the virtual card?
The virtual SuperCash card can be used as soon as you add funds by using the card number, CVV, and expiration date that can be found on the app.
Where can I use my SuperCash card?
You can use your SuperCash card anywhere Mastercard is accepted online or in-store.
When will I receive my card in the mail?
You will receive your card in the mail in 7-10 days. If you do not receive your card by then, please contact customer support to have a replacement card mailed to you.
Do I need to activate my card?
No need to activate your SuperCash card - your card will be ready to use as soon as you receive it.
