How do I add funds to my Super Deposit Account?

Ready to add some funds to your Super Deposit Account? Let’s get started!

Here's how you transfer funds, by connecting your bank account:

Via Bank Transfer:

  1. Start in the App: Open your Super.com app and navigate to the homepage of your Super Deposit Account.
  2. Initiate the Transfer: Click on the ‘Add Cash’ button found under your virtual card.
  3. Select Your Bank: Choose ‘Transfer from Bank Account’. A new screen will appear for you to select your bank. If you can't find it right away, the search bar is your friend.
  4. Connect Your Bank: After selecting your bank, enter your login details to link your account.
  5. Transfer Complete: Now, you're ready to transfer funds directly from your bank account to your Super account.

Just a heads up: Transfers typically complete within 3-5 business days. If you don't see your funds after 5 days, it's a good idea to check in with your bank.

Adding Funds with a Debit Card:

Want to boost your Super.com balance with your debit card? Here's your easy-peasy guide!

  1. Access Your Account: Open the Super.com app or website and go to 'Pay' home.
  2. Add Cash: Select 'Add Cash', then choose 'Debit Card'.
  3. Enter Details: Fill in your debit card information and the amount you wish to add.
  4. Confirmation: Confirm the transaction and your funds should be available shortly.

A little important heads-up: Ensure the billing address on your debit card matches the one on your Super Pay profile.

Depositing Cash or Checks:

Currently, Super.com does not support direct cash or check deposits into your Super Deposit Account.

Auto Top-Up Feature:

At the moment, auto top-up is not available. To add funds to your Super deposit account, you will need to manually initiate each addition. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
