If you need to cancel your refundable reservation, you have the option to have the amount refunded in SuperTravel Credits.
You can find the details about our cancellation policy at the bottom of your confirmation page linked here
Step 1: Look for the “click here if you wish to cancel your reservation” (found in your email or on your booking page)
Step 2: Look for the “click here to refund in credits” option. Click this to start the refund
Step 3: Press the refund button
Step 4: After clicking the refund button, you will receive a message confirming that you have received your refund in credits.
You will now be able to view your credits on your profile. For more information on how to redeem your credits click here.
Note: Refund credits are only valid for up to one year from the cancellation date.
