Duplicate Bookings

It appears there might be a duplicate booking, but no worries – we're here to help! Let's sort this out together.

Check the Cancellation Policy: Start by reviewing the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation page. If it's refundable, you can cancel it directly from there.

Tricky Non-refundable Bookings: We understand that non-refundable bookings can be tricky. If that's the case, reach out to us, and we'll work to contact the hotel on your behalf. We'll check if they can authorize a refund. Please note that the hotel has the final say on granting the refund.

Before contacting us for a refund, double-check a few things:

  • The duplicate bookings are for the same dates – no mix-ups here!
  • The duplicate bookings have the same traveler(s), including their names. We want everything to match up perfectly.

And here's a friendly reminder: make sure to request refunds well before your check-in date, as refunds cannot be issued once you've already checked in. It's always better to be proactive!
