If you have SuperTravel credits in your account, you can use them towards most bookings on our platform. To apply your credits, proceed to the booking page and select how many you would like to use on your booking. The option to view and apply credits is shown below the Price section of the booking page.
Here's what that looks like on the booking page. In this case, the customer has $39 CAD in credits:
To redeem the credits, the customer would toggle the coupon at the top. This will add the credit to the current booking. The customer will then see a $39 CAD credit applied to the total price of this booking.
If you're unable to use your credits, it might be due to one of these reasons:
- Credits will only show if your search is in the same currency as the credits in your account
- Some promotional credits can only be used for up to 10% of the booking value
- Some bookings are ineligible for credit redemption due to their amazingly low price
Please note that you will lose your ability to use SuperTravel credits if you dispute any SuperTravel charges with your bank.
