I didn't receive a booking confirmation but my card was charged, why?

If you attempted a booking but it didn't go through - due to either a technical error on our end or a blocker on yours - you may see a transaction called a pre-authorization on your statement. It is temporary and will be lifted by your bank automatically after 2-3 business days. Should you require the funds sooner, please contact your bank.


Please note that only bookings with a valid Order ID are considered confirmed. You'll receive the order ID via your SuperTravel messaging thread and email after a successful booking.
