How do I set up a bank/ ACH transfer?


Ready to add funds to your Super Deposit Account? Let's get started with a few simple steps:

  1. Open your Super.com app and navigate to the home page of the Super Pay tab.
  2. Look for the ‘Add Funds’ option underneath your virtual card and click on it.
  3. Choose ‘Transfer from Bank Account’ to proceed.
  4. If you can't find this option, don't worry. Click on 'View More' in your menu and then tap on 'Link New Funding Source'.
  5. A new screen will appear where you can select your bank. If your bank doesn't appear, use the search bar to find it.
  6. Once you've selected your bank, enter your login details to establish the connection.
  7. You're now all set to transfer funds directly from your bank account to your Super Deposit Account.

Please note that it may take approximately 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your Super Deposit Account. If you don't see them after this time, it's a good idea to check with your bank.

Navigate to "Link New Funding Source"





Click "Link New Account" and then "Link A Bank Account"



A screen will then pop up and prompt you to select your bank. If you don't see your bank there, you can use the search bar to look it up

Once you've selected your bank, you will have to input your login information to link your bank accounts and your bank will connect to the Super Pay account. 


You will then be able to transfer funds directly from your bank account by clicking "Add Funds"
